Accidently deactivated account. Now unable to link get subscription restarted. Get to where it say to put in code showing on TV but there is no code. Just Roku home page(all blue) . Unplugged tv and Roku express for 1-2 minutes. Nothing. Tried to make new account but says my email is already linked to an account. Help!
