Unable to type email in

Won't let us type complete email address. Goes dark about 3/4 of the way. Didn't  find another question like ours. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Goes black?  Does it reboot?  Are you using the supplied power adapter and not your TV's USB port (if applicable)?
