Roku setup

I have tried all the steps in the troubleshooting guide, nothing works. I keep getting error 003. I have string wi-fi. What else can I do?

Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're experiencing.

Could you try connecting your Roku device to a mobile hotspot and see if that will make a difference? Please also reply here with the serial number of the affected player. It can be found at the back or underneath the device itself.
