Hello, can anyone give me any advice with regards to ROKU customer support contacts? For the past month I have been without my purchased ROKU soundbar as it was faulty and had to be returned. However the UK warehouse have never sent me a replacement. Every time I speak to customer services they ask me to 'wait another 48/72 hours and it will be resolved - but nothing.
Very frustrating as I don't think that ROKU customer services can speak to UK ROKU support - everything is done by email, which is being ignored internally.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
