I did unplug my modem and router for 10 seconds...then plugged them back in...think it was after that I stopped getting emails from Roku. That said my email is working fine...not sure what the issue is.
I understand that you are unable to receive an email link code to complete the activation process.
Have you checked for the email on your spam or junk folder if it's not in the inbox? If ys, can you please provide the serial number of your Roku device from Settings>System>About? I'll be able to pass it along to our Support team who can assist you further.
