Streaming stick+ no display

I am trying to setup my Roku for the first time and I’m getting no display on the TV. I’ve tried plugging it in to the HDMI 1 and HDMI 2 ports. The stick is plugged in and doing a double flash.

Have you cycled your TV's source or input using its remote to every possible option?
