I have used this Roku Streaming Stick model 3800x (SN CT38CF125579) for years without problems. This week it has stopped working. It does not power up. I am able to use another Streaming stick in the same electrical outlet and Visio TV HDMI port without problems. This one has stopped working.

Please advise what I can do to fix this.

Does the power light on the stick come on when it is plugged in?

I have tried the streaming stick with 2 different micro usb to usb power cables and wall adapters. None are able to get the light to come on.

I have pushed and held down the reset button.
