If you've come here with questions on setup, do yourself a favor and just return it! I'm a longtime Roku user and this Streambar product is absolute garbage. It's never worked properly, never had good sound quality, and now just over a year old crapped out all together.
When you do have issues, there's NO way to reach anyone at Roku for help. No one cares. I posted multiple issues, none of which were ever resolved or I even got a reply. They hide their contact details for a reason.
Return this piece of garbage and do yourself a favor.
