I am trying to set up a new Roku player. The Roku Express 4K+. I've been trying to set it up for days. I get to stage four of the set up process, and it just gets stuck there. It tells me I have about 1 minute left before I've conpleted the set up, and the screen will update once I'm done, but it never does. How do I fix this if I can't ask the company itself?
