My Roku disconnected in the middle of a Discovery Plus program. Now it won’t connect to my WiFi which it has been connected to for months. I restarted my router. I restarted Roku. I unplugged my router. I unplugged Roku. I moved my Roku to within 6 inches on my router (it was only 3 feet before). I reset Roku to factory settings. I’m connecting to 2.4 Ghrz. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed. Next step is to get rid of Roku and post my complaints on social media.
@Turtlekala, do you have XFinity as your ISP? If so, they've made changes in customer's routers that need to be reverted.
For my own information and to clarify...what changes need to be made.
It doesn't help the person if you don't tell them what they need to do.
My Roku won't hook up to my wifi I factory reset it I've done everything.what do I do next
Connie I'm so gonna sound like a **bleep**.
I don't know. Wifi issue. I'd probably reboot the router and then the roku.
I don't know everything. I'm just a hillbilly with delusions of grandeur.
I hope ya get it fixed though.
I'm just a country girl about to throw it out the door. I been on phone with cox cable it's not my wifi..the Roku is not hooking up to it

What error message number are you getting?
Is the 2.4ghz on your isp app for your router on b/g/n?
