Roku won't activate

I went t hji rough the activation process and got to the end where it showed "Set Up Complete" but nothing is happening with my Roku, it just stays on the screen asking me to check my email and activate my Roku??? Thanks in advance

So are you saying you never got the email or you got the email, clicked on the link, and it still doesn't activate?
