Roku to much! DONT BUY ITS ALL SCAMMERS

Smiley Frustrated this has been a terrible nightmare in the sense that Roku was charging me on multiple times and accounts I never knew I had.PLZ WATCH OUT FOR THIS.DONT BECOME A VICTIM OF THIS HORRIBLE SCAM.I DELETING THIS ACCOUNT AND OTHERS,JUST WANTED TO LET PPL KNOW BEFORE I DELETED IT. I TRIED TO CONTACT ROKU BEFORE POSTING THIS BUT OF COURSE I CANT GET THROUGH TO ANYONE.i would not recommend this company too anyone.BBB NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS TOO. ..

It sounds like you probably called a scammer to set up your Roku.  You should set up a Roku directly following the instructions on the screen exactly.  If during setup, you call someone on a phone, then it's about 99.99% certain that you're being scammed.
