i have this problem all the time. i usually unplug Roku cable from back of TV and plug back in. today however it is not working. have tried at least 4 times. what else can i do to get this tv/roku to work?

Could you reply here with the model and serial number of the affected Roku TV/device? It can be located at the back of the device itself.
