Roku linked but not working

We got a Roku for our daughter, it is likned to our account, but on the tv it just keeps having us do the activation process over and over and we cant get pass this step, even though it is already link and we sign it to our account it says its not activated

Thanks for the post.

Have you tried performing a factory reset, and trying to activate the Roku device using an alternate wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you are able to activate and finish setting up the Roku device? Then once the device has been setup, try switching back to your home wireless network.

Please keep us posted what you find out.
