I just got the Roku express and did all the updating and now all it does is turn off go to the bouncing logo and the shut off then starts over. What should I do
Yikes. It is acting as if the update did not successfully complete. Could have been a glitch that needs to be dealt with by way of a Factory Reset. Press and hold the Reset button for no less than 30 seconds while powered.
