I just got My ROKU, it turns itself and the TV off and back on, when ever it wants?

How do I stop this?

this happened with me too but I figured it out later. If your Roku keeps turning off, there may be a low power signal. You can resolve this by replacing the device’s power source. Another possibility is that your system needs an upgrade, which you can perform through the Settings menu.

There is a new "Power Savings" feature implemented in 10.5 that is affecting some newer Roku devices in different ways.  Navigate to Settings..System..Power and disable/uncheck  Power Saving (20 min).
