I am literally stuck at this part too and it's frustrating.
This isn't an issue with the TV or the Roku itself, something on their backend / activation process is broken.
I'm just waiting for the roku intern to show up in this thread to suggest a round of hardware resets..
I'm really glad it's not just me having this issue. I've tried to factory reset and try making a whole new account. It just isn't working for me.
The https://my.roku.com/link/channels is completely blank.

I am having the same issue. I will wait 24 hours and then I am returning.
How about they reboot their systems and management?..
Is there a moderator on this thread. Never seen a piece of equipment without a phone number. Just a voicemail that probably has 600 voicemails on it. Help ROKU. This was not free.
