Roku setup

I just bought a whole Roku Surround sound system. I have a Sony Bravia TV it’s an XBR-65X850D. I can’t get it to pair to my Roku Ultra. I can’t use support chat with my IPhone. I’m seeing that Roku Soundbar only works with Roku OS tvs. Does this mean that I can’t use Roku soundbar, Base and surround speakers with this TV? 
any help greatly appreciated

Only Roku wireless soundbar can only work with Roku tvs. The Roku Streambar and Streambar SE can work with your Sony tv. And the discontinued Streambar Pro or Roku Smart Soundbar.
