Roku setup

I just got a brand new Roku for my living room about two weeks ago. I have Rokus for almost all of my TV in my home. This is the first time ever that my Roku did not go to a set up page! It’s stuck restarting itself and unplugging(and pressing restart butting) the device do nothing. That jingle is so annoying and it won’t stop! It never allowed me to start up my Roku and I don’t know what has happened! I read articles about SD cards but nothing is helping and of course Roku no longer has reliable customer representative chat/call functions as of the beginning of 2020. Google has failed me and so have the previous Roku threads on this issue. Any other ideas to stop the endless restart?

Make sure you're using the supplied power adapter and not your TV's USB port.  If you're already doing that, take it back where you bought it.
