I have been trying to get support help with my order for the last week or so and every time I try to file a support ticket the page says "Oops something went wrong on our end" and fails. There is no number to contact and I can't get any help from them. Is there anyway to submit a help request any other way? I have tried clearing the cache and cookies to see if the form would work but nothing does. I am a day or two away from just issuing a charge back on my card because this is getting ridiculous.
