Never received TV code after activating account. It keeps going back to email setup

We would recommend you perform a factory reset on the affected device then activate your Roku device once again.

If still no dice, reply here with the serial number of the Roku device. It can be found at the back or underneath the player itself.

I am attempting to activate a Roku Express 4K+. Activation when fine until I completed all the screens after receiving the confirmation e-mail. The screen on my television did not automatically update when done. The Roku device shows in my account profile but does not work on the TV.

Please be aware that there was an activation outage that hindered users' ability to activate a Roku device that has since been resolved.
We would recommend trying to activate the Roku device at this time and letting us know if you are still experiencing the same issue so we can further assist you.
