Roku 4 black out

OK weird issue, my GSD lost a treat behind the TV. In scratching out amoung the wires, He disconnected the ROKU power plug. Well the TV turns n, getting input via HDMI1 but no picture or function. Tried the antenna and Direct Inpiuts and also get no service. get some diagnosti and lists for input to chose and TV setup but o input.

 

From any service. I don't see any lose wires the units power up

 

Any ideas welcome

Thanks for the post.

If the Roku device powers up, there shouldn't be an issue with the power, which would lead us to believe there's an issue with the TV connection. Have you tried plugging the Roku device to another HDMI port on the TV or switching out the HDMI cable to see if that resolves the issue you are experiencing?

For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried connecting the Roku device to another TV to see if you are experiencing the same issue?

Please keep us posted what you find out.
