What do you mean by "won't connect to (your) television?" The TV doesn't have HDMI inputs? Or do you mean you're not seeing anything on the TV once you connect the Roku and power it up?
Do you have any other HDMI devices? Game system? Disc player? Anything that connects via HDMI?
