@RandyC, if nothing is showing up on your TV it has nothing to do with your Roku account. Make sure all the cables are connected and if your Roku uses a USB port for power make sure you're using the supplied power adapter and not your TV's USB port. Does any light illuminate on your Roku? Is it a stick or does it connect with an HDMI cable? If it uses a cable, try another one. If you have another TV, try it.
