Purchased a new ULTRA directly from Roku. Experienced the loud buzzing noise every time I start it up . Notified Roku by email and they told me to return it to them and they would send another. I responded 4 times asking if they would be replacing my new device with a rebuilt refurbished or new device. They respond ignoring my enquiry with a response stating that my case is solved.
I keep asking the same question but never get an answer. I do not want a refurbished device as this happened out of the box. I have since heard that this is a common unsolved problem and when people have returned and received another device, it carries the same problem that it was sent in for.
- Do they replace with new or refurbished devices?
- Has this problem been addressed and solved yet ?
- Is there a phone number available to communicate with these people ?
