Product estimated lifetime, warranty, and what, if any, support can I get on roku devices?

I can't seem to find any info on what the warranty on currently sold devices is.  Anyone got a link on this info?

Ditto for estimated lifetime for each device, I've been burned by having my fully functional roku boxes not work any more, making them worthless.  I understand sometimes it's because providers/channel's apps won't work on them but I want to at least be able to use channels that DO work, as well as add others that would work as well.

Lastly, what of currently sold devices get any roku company support and for each device, how long is that support going to be supported?  (Have an Express 4K+ but when I try to get ahold of an agent online, they say it's not supported, sheesh).

@RichEcommunity-

This page will show you the status of various Roku models, whether they are considered Current, Updatable (no longer current but still receiving Roku updates), or Legacy (not capable of running later Roku versions).

Thanks, very helpful.

It'd be nice to have some way of knowing what/when/if app makers, especially big ones, will continue to support a particular device as well.

Still seems a shame that older devices can't be used with apps that DO work on them (even if not major ones like netflix, and even they should provide older app, even with fewer features (and ads?)) to let us keep using them at the level we want.  Ah well...  🙂
