Streambar Pro arrived today. Set up was simple, except that I can’t get any sound from the Streambar. My Sharp TV has an HDMI ARC port, but when I plug the HDMI cable into it, I keep getting the recorded voice telling me to set my TV input to the HDMI port the Streambar is plugged into. I tried using a different HDMI port and the optical cable. Now I can get sound when using Roku, but I’m not getting any sound at all from my regular cable TV. How to fix this? I am very frustrated. 😞
