ROku premier + is connected to new Samsung frame TV, the power light is on but no signal coming from Roku.
Hdmi cord is working. power light is on. Remote has new bateries and is able to pair to roku. No signal coming to the tv.
How do you know the HDMI cord is working? Does it work when you use it on another device?
Have you tried a different HDMI input on your TV?
Are you using the included power supply to power the device?

The tv is able to run a test on the HDMI to make sure it is working, which it is.
I have tried plugging it into different inputs with no luck.
I am using the included roku power cord.

The self test isn't sufficient. Ignore those results. Always do an actual independent test. Your plugging into a separate port is part of that independent testing. Do other devices work on that input?

The question was about the power supply, not just the cord. If you're talking about the model model 3921, it comes with a separate power supply and cord. The question was about the power supply, not the cord.

I am using the roku power supply that came with it. The white power light is on the roku.
I will try connecting my computer with the HDMI to confirm it work and let you know.
