We have an older Roku model 2700X. We have it connected via HDMI cable. It used to work fine. We had not used it in a few weeks. Now when we go to that HDMI input on the TV all we see is ROKU on the screen and it cycles between 480p and 720p at the top left of the screen. We never get beyond this point. Any ideas?
