New and need help with a Roku Express that won't stop scrolling

My Roku Express is constantly scrolling and there is no cursor so when I attempt to select something, the Roku freezes but I can't select anything. After about a minute, it starts scrolling again. I unplugged from power and the TV for about a minute and plugged back in, but it did nothing to help. Attempted to PM an employee but new, so no capability to reach out to anyone. Any solutions?

Check the other remotes in the room, between the cushions or under a book? It doesn't have to be the roku remote that is the offending remote, your roku command gets stuck in IR loop. Stand in front of the roku see if you can block the signal causing the problem and pinpoint its location.
