I just purchased 2 new Roku Express 4K. The one connected without problems but the second will not connect. We have 2 other Roku Express and 2 roku tv’s in our house, so I know wifi is not the issue. I have tried multiple tv's and locations as well as unplugging and resetting. Any ideas?
If I just purchase something and it didn’t work I would immediately return it

Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? How far are the Roku devices from your wireless router?
For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried connecting the Roku device you are experiencing an issue with to an alternate wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you are seeing the same issue occur?
