My card is LIKELY being BILLED RIGHT NOW
It says look for CODE on TV but TV has NO CONNECTION
HELP

Calm down.
If you're worried about your card being used for a purchase, go to https://my.roku.com and log in.
See the Payment Method section? Click Update.
On the next page, scroll all the way down and click Remove Payment Method.
Once you do that, and you're no longer paranoid about being billed, come back and tell us what problem you're having with setup.
