Main page won’t pop up

I haven’t used my Roku stick in a long time and my WiFi has changed in the meantime when I plug in the stick at the back of the TV and plug it into the wall and try to start setting up Roku again nothing comes on the screen

Does the light on the stick illuminate when you plug in the power?
