Link a device to my account

Jump to solution

I have 3 Roku devices my account shows only 2 devices. How can I link the device not displayed on my account. I have no problem watching Roku on the device not displayed on my account. My account shows how to delete a device but not how to add a device.

Thanks for taking the time to read my note and your response,

Thanks for reaching out here, @dcatarin.

We appreciate you for getting back here and for your inquiries about synchronizing all your Roku devices to one account. We got you!

As you mentioned, the two devices you have are already linked to one Roku account, and the other one is not; you can try to factory reset your Roku device and activate it again using the email address associated with your other two TVs.

By linking all your devices to a single account, you can efficiently consolidate and manage all your subscriptions across your various Roku devices. This simplifies the process of accessing your subscribed content and ensures a seamless viewing experience across your devices.

For more information on linking your Roku devices to your account, visit this support article: How to activate or link your Roku streaming device.

Let us know if you have more questions; we'd gladly answer them for you.

All the best,
Emman
