Keeps disconnecting and asking for reactivation

I just bought the streaming 4K stick.

This is my first and probably last Roku device. After initial activation, It keeps kicking me out randomly requiring me to reactivate, set tv resolution and all.  This is a big nuissance to the point it’s not quite usable.

This is totally unacceptable to the point I feel like I was scammed by all the good reviews i see on this device.

I tried registering other email accounts but didn’t get the activation email. Did anyone encounter similar as me?

If you're using the TV's USB port and not the supplied power adapter try the supplied power adapter.  If you're already doing that then just return it.  It shouldn't be acting like that.
