Imagem de dispositivo disponível na tela o tempo todo

Gostaria de saber como faz para fazer desaparecer dispositivo disponível na tela (tipo propaganda) aparecendo na tela da TV o tempo todo atrapalhando assistir. Acima a esquerda aparece Philco Roku tv e abaixo tipo os aplicativos.

It sounds like your TV was set up for store/demo mode.  You have to perform a factory reset and this time choose home use and not store/demo.
