Roku setup

Hey! 

I am trying to setup my roku. 

I want to set it up manually on the app, but I need the IP Adress. 

Everything I have found says you need to go into settings, but I can’t do that because this is a brand new device needing to be setup. 

The option of settings is not available. 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

If it's new, why aren't you using the remote that came with it?  You can't use the app to set up a Roku.

Thanks for the post.

As @renojim mentioned, when you are setting up your Roku device for the first time, you will need to use the physical remote.
