Have you tried contacting the TV manufacturer to inquire further? I'd suggest reaching out to them for assistance. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.

yes im in ava mo. usa and im just want to  registra my tv so i can get the 2 year warrenty

@kathymatney, Roku doesn't make the TVs.  You have to contact Walmart/onn.
