Roku setup

Dear User Community,

I gave one of my Roku sticks to my father in law. I asked him to create an account and then log on with his account, so he could then select and pay for whatever services he wants. Unfortunately I now realize is it not obvious how to do this. After many minutes of searching through the Roku Settings menus, I found that you can log on in "Guest User Mode". I would prefer either of the following alternative approaches:

- permanently log on as a different "primary" user

- Apply a full reset to the device so it can be set up from scratch, just as if it was a new device (I just thought of this option and will search through the menus to see if I can find it)

Yes, a factory reset is the way to go.
