We have a roku that was connected to our old tv at our old house. We recently moved and can’t find the roku remote. How can we connect our phone to the roku with new WiFi? It’s asking for IP address of roku but we can’t find it because we don’t have a remote
You can't. If your remember your old Wi-Fi configuration (SSID/network name and password) you can duplicate it with your new Wi-Fi and the Roku should connect. Otherwise you need a remote.

Depending on the Roku, you may be able to purchase a cheap universal remote that will work. If you have a stick, that won't work. If you have a Roku TV, it may not work.
If you have one of the set top boxes, most universal remotes (even the cheap ones) will support Roku. If you have a Stick, it's your only option.
Best bet is to purchase a new Roku remote. They cost more, depending on the remote. But to get up and running, a cheap universal remote will do the job if you have a set top box.
