Im trying to connect my desktop computer to my tv so i can use my tv as a monitor but the two cords ive used dont seem to put up my desktop on the tv. My tv identifies its connected to it and i rename the hdmi to computer for easier knowledge of what to click but it doesnt put it up

Need to select project or connect on the computer.

More modern windows computer should not need a cable, there is a wireless connect option that works with Roku (be patient when connecting).

Most Roku devices also support Apple Airplay for wireless screen connection.

Tablets a bit hit and miss for wireless/cable screen connection.
