How to Activate Roku Ultra using ATT Hotspot

My new Roku is connected to my hotspot, but when I go to activate the Roku, there is an option to choose ATT UVerse, but there is not a ATT Hotspot as a provider.  Any suggestions on what I need to choose?

Do you see the main menu on your Roku device? Press the Home button. Do you see the main menu?

If not, what do you see?

If so, why are you thinking your Roku isn't activated?

The provider referred to is a cable TV provider.  If you don't have one just skip that part or choose none.
