Not exactly certain what you're asking. You can have multiple Roku devices linked to a single user account, so no issue there.
While it is possible to use a single Roku on more than one TV, in most cases you should have a single Roku on each display. You can use an HDMI splitter/distribution system to send the single output to more than one TV, but of course you'll get the same program on every TV, so no one can't look at anything else.
A reminder about devices linked to the same user account. If you remove a channel from one device, it is automatically removed from all devices. Same with adding a channel. As long as the channel is supported on a particular Roku device, the channel will be added automatically to each device. However, you still need to enter user credentials (for channels that require it) on each device, and you can also rearrange the channel tiles on the home screen independently on each device.
