Roku setup

I can't sign into redbox with my existing Roku password, my email on file is auto filled as the username.  I can't create a new password or put in a new email to just try and make a separate account.

Please be advised that channel logins or authentication are handled directly by the channel provider. We suggest reaching out to Redbox's customer support team to report the issue and get help. They can resolve the error you are having with channel login.
