I entered the incorrect information for signing into CRAVE and need to remove, but not allowing me to erase and start over. How can I do this
Try removing the channel/app by highlighting it on the Home Screen and pressing the * button on your remote, restart your Roku from Settings->System->System restart (or Settings->System->Power->System restart), and then add Crave again from Streaming Channels. Don't skip the restart step or do the steps in any other order.
@renojim's suggestion is the first thing I'd have suggested too.
But if that doesn't clear the login info, try to find somewhere in the app where you can log or sign out. It could be buried in a menu under "Options", "Settings", "Account", or some similarly named option.
Once logged out, log back in with your intended credentials.
