Getting Back to Language Selection in Set-Up

During set-up, I chose the wrong language.  How do I get back to that screen to change language choice? I cannot get to Settings.  I'm stuck.

If you cannot get into Settings/System/Language in order to change your language preference, then you can perform a Factory Reset. (Locate and press the Reset button or pinhole on your device and hold for 30+ seconds).
