Fresh out of the box. Remote works fine. TV comes on, but only shows lit up 'cracks'. I am using the AV In, white, yellow and red connectors. The old tv was working fine. But now nothing. Even if I remove the AV In wires the screen is the same. I have restarted it several times using the remote, nothing. I have unplugged it, nothing. Help!!!! TIA
