Roku 3900X (serial # C3379C746686, FCC ID#TC2-121039) I think - numbers hard to read, lost paperwork. Unit is about 4 years old or so.
Lost internet, got it back. Internet signal "Excellent" Roku sees Network but will not connect. Disconnected Roku, router, TV many times. Did a factory reset more than once. Did all steps given many times.
Currently stuck on "let's get started", I choose language, enter correct password ( I checked), try to connect, nothing. It is now stuck in this loop and I can't get back to HOME screen to check on any other settings. HELP
If you have a cable ISP ((Xfinity/Comcast, Cox, or AT&T) try changing the Wireless Mode on your 2.4ghz band (Edit 2.4ghz) to reflect b/g/n rather than just g/n.
Otherwise, you can try connecting to a mobile hotspot (if available to you) on the 2.4ghz band to get through setup.

Also may be dealing with power supply issue.
1. Try powering from wall outlet with power adapter rather than TV USB power port.
2. Try replacing power adapter (try cell phone charging adapter 5v 1 amp)
3. Try replacing the power cable (try cell phone charging cable with micro USB on device end)

Feel free to post back with an update or still having issues.
I have the exact same issue with a new 4k+ and have gone through all the suggested fixes. Still stuck on lets get started. Have even reset my password, which was working fine on two other televisions. Is this a defective ROKU that should be returned?
Thanks for the post.
Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What are the steps to reproduce the issue? Have you tried replacing the batteries in your remote? What specific troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue?
With more detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.
Thanks,
Danny
I'm stuck too. I get to display settings and around and around
I bought a new one and still it takes me to the same screen I'm stuck on with the old one
