Roku setup

 I have a Sony Bravia KDL46XBR2. Purchased in 2007. I connected the Roku express 4K+ box. Got the first page where it said "Let's Get Started ->"  then that's as far as I could go.

The remote would not work so I couldn't complete the set up. It wouldn't advance past that first page. I made sure the batteries were in correctly etc.

I know it's not the box itself because I used the same box/remote on another TV (Samsung). Set up with no issues. Is there a roku device that will work with this TV?

There isn't any reason that it shouldn't work with that TV.  The remote not controlling the Express wouldn't have anything to do with the TV.

I'm confused - were you able to set it up on another TV?  What happened when you moved it back to the Sony after it was set up?
