Didn’t receive the activation link

Hi, I was having trouble with my Roku Premiere 4620x and decided to do a factory reset… since then i’m being stuck in the activation link process… I don’t have Hotspot in my phone or access to another internet spot… been dealing with this since Saturday, hoping will work next day, but nothing happened… please help
